Is indoor training only for the summer?
Not at all. Indoor sessions run all year — they're a summer essential, but plenty of families train indoors year-round for the convenience, focus and extra ball time.
What ages are indoor sessions for?
Every age from 4 to 14. We group children by age and stage so the sessions are always pitched at the right level — from playful first-steps groups to performance training.
Are the indoor venues safe and cool?
Yes. We use air-conditioned, well-managed indoor facilities with qualified coaches and small groups, so your child trains comfortably and safely whatever the weather outside.
Will my child still get a proper workout indoors?
Definitely. The tighter, faster format means lots of movement and touches. Many parents find their child develops quicker indoors thanks to the high tempo and involvement.

The best football academy in Dubai. I have two kids and had tried at least 5 other academies in the past. Once we switched to Epic we never looked back. Great progress made on the pitch for both kids and they've won many trophies too on the way. Love it and would strongly recommend it.
